Our local history collection is kept on the top shelves throughout our building. Only library staff can retrieve these items, which keeps them safe from damage and theft. Many items in this collection are irreplaceable and we appreciate your understanding in this procedure.
We have made a google document so that patrons can browse what we have available before making the trip to the library. If you hit the Ctrl key and the letter F on your keyboard you can search the document for a year, a topic, an author, etc.
We encourage you to call us at 585-493-5466 or email us at castilelibrary@owwl.org when you decide which items you would like to browse. We will be happy to get them down so they are waiting for you when you visit.
